Dog friendly places in Pune – Number Three!
If you have a dog who is way too restless and jumpy, just like mine, you will know how painful it is to take him out and make him BEHAVE! What behave? My dog thinks he can pee anywhere he wants and wants to jump over every person he spots. Yes, he is friendly like that. Not that I mind, but I do not wish to disturb other guests in a restaurant. So, when I recommend Dog-friendly restaurants on my blog, I have to take into consideration the jumpy kind of dogs as well. And for this reason, I would strongly recommend Where Else Cafe!
Moose’s first day out was at the Viman Nagar branch (where they have a Valet parking as well), and oh boy, was he excited! We obviously chose to sit outdoors in the pet-friendly section of the cafe. As soon as we were seated, my dog peed over all the plants in the vicinity. But, the staff at Where else is so awesome! Pets welcomed! Humans Tolerated! That’s the motto that they live by and the staff immediately got to their toes and cleaned up the mess. In fact, the staff members started to make Moose feel comfortable by playing with him and offering him treats. My dog immediately calmed down. A big shout-out for their hospitality towards pets. In fact, Where else has a pet-friendly menu for your little babies! How cool is that! You don’t have to carry your own bowl, or water, or food. Just show up at the restaurant with your pal and both of you shall be served some yummy food.

The portions they serve for pets are very generous. We ordered Chicken broth and rice for my dog, which he gulped in under two minutes. They even have bones which will keep your puppy busy while you savor your food or have some peaceful time to yourself.
Food for Humans:
Their Chicken BBQ wings and Cheesy Nachos are delicious. We have tried their Bacon burger, cheesy oozy burger, smoked chicken burger and prawns in coconut curry which were all good and the portions were quite filling for one person. Where else is also known for their yummy hot chocolate, so don’t miss it!
There is a full bar available for those who enjoy spirits. They even have a great All-day breakfast menu: pancakes, omelettes, french toasts and English breakfast. Their coffee will lift up your mood in an instant.
With all the reasons mentioned above, I am sure you won’t be able to resist the urge to wine and dine with your favorite bundle of joy! You will end up having a great time and your pet will love you even more after the mouth-watering treats!
